finally finished after four years - the full lp from duo chinese takeout.

what started out as a basic midi-based electro house album from member gentian has become a shoegaze-y electro album thanks to the replacement of midi bass with real guitar and bass from member t.

forever delayed, this album was started on janurary 26th 2020 with a simple song and bassline from gentian and t. by may 7th 2020 all the songs were written, but both members were moving onto evolving their independent sounds more. t, however, played around with mixing the album up until spring 2021. finally, in janurary 2024, t had finally learned enough guitar and bass to successfully replace old bass tracks and add new guitar tracks, completing and adding new life to the songs. with that, the album was finally fully completed on janurary 24th 2024. now enjoy.
